Effective October 4, 2026. This policy describes information handled when you visit NBA Fast Break Report, an independent publication operated by Carlton “Blake” Watson.

Information used to run the site

You can read the site without creating an account. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver pages, protect the service and diagnose failures.

Thumbs-up counter

The site stores a shared total of thumbs-up clicks. The counter does not store a reader name, email address or profile, and repeated clicks are allowed. A request still passes through the hosting service, which may process technical information as described above.

Email contact

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to answer your inquiry, investigate corrections or discuss a requested partnership. Our email provider processes messages under its own policies. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry and related records; you may request deletion by email, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies, local storage and outside services

Our current site code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting or security services may use their own necessary technologies. Scores and headlines are retrieved from ESPN by our server; opening an ESPN link takes you to ESPN. Opening our music link takes you to YouTube. Those services may collect information or use cookies under their own policies once you visit them.

Advertising

Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled on this site. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to participating sites. You can manage personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center and find participating vendors’ opt-out options at YourAdChoices. Before advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated with the providers actually used, and required consent controls will be provided.
